The following questions will help guide your discussions and give your group some opportunities to open up and share.- Vision drives goals. Vision is simply identifying and imagining a future with desirable circumstances. Why do you think vision is important for goals?
- What is your vision for your future?
- Have you had more difficulty with developing goals or the discipline to achieve them?
- Look at the 5 keys for great goals, with these in mind, what are 3 goals you have? (Write them down if you have paper)
- What is your motivation for each one of these goals?
- Do you have someone you can ask to be your accountability to achieve these goals?
Live It Out
Encourage your group to start doing. Commit to a step, and live it out this week.
- Take your piece of paper that has your three goals, and setup a time to share with your accountability.
- Write down your motivation for each one of your goals.
- Setup a system to track your progress on these goals every 2 weeks, and a follow-up meeting with your accountability.
